Hi, I’m stacey.

I am a healer. Not because I decided to be. Because God called me to be.

Long before I had the language for it, I could feel things. The weight a room carries when someone is in pain. The moment a person's exhale shifts from tension to release.

I didn't always know what to do with that sensitivity. For a long time, the world taught me to set it aside and perform instead. To achieve, to produce, to push. So I did. Until I couldn't anymore.

That unraveling became my greatest teacher. And what I found on the other side of it is what I'm here to offer you.

who i am

The sensitivity I carry did not begin with me. I come from a lineage of women who moved between worlds. My paternal grandmother was a medicine woman rooted in Haiti by way of Guadeloupe, carrying gifts that stretched back through generations to indigenous Caribbean ancestors whose wisdom predates the world that tried to erase them. That knowing was never written down. It was passed through blood, through presence, through hands.

I am her granddaughter. And when I placed my hands on someone for the first time and felt the energy move, I understood that this gift did not start with me. I was simply the next one called to carry it forward.

I am also a student of the earth. I believe the body is sacred ground. That women carry within them an intelligence older than any institution, any system, any structure built to make us forget it. The womb holds memory. The body keeps the score. And when a woman learns to listen to herself again, truly listen, she becomes something the world has always been afraid of. Whole.

That is the work. Not just energy healing. Restoration of the sacred feminine. The remembering of what women have always known.

the corporate years

I spent years in corporate America excelling in strategy. Achieving things that looked like success from the outside while something essential was quietly going dark on the inside.

the return

Reiki found me in that darkness. Not as a trend or a curiosity. As a lifeline. What it gave me wasn't information. It was remembrance.

how i work

Women open up in my presence. Quickly. Deeply. Often before they understand why. I've come to accept that this is not something I learned. It is something I was given. A gift of holding space so completely that the body recognizes it as safe before the mind catches up.

I have been told I am an old soul. That this calling traces back further than this lifetime. I don't say that to mystify the work. I say it because it explains the way I show up. With a steadiness that doesn't waver. With an intuition that reads what words haven't said yet. With a capacity to witness your pain, your power, and your becoming without flinching.

You can trust what you feel when you arrive here. That is by divine design.

My work is never about fixing what is broken. Because you are not broken. It is about clearing the noise long enough for you to hear yourself again. To feel the ground beneath you. To remember that the wisdom you have been searching for has been living inside you all along.

Whether you are navigating burnout, grief, a life transition, or simply the relentless exhaustion of being everything to everyone. There is a place for you here. You do not need to arrive with answers. You only need to arrive.

why this work matters

Healing was never meant to be a solitary act.

When a woman comes back to herself. Truly, fully, unapologetically. Something shifts in everything she touches. Her home. Her relationships. Her community. The children watching her. The women standing beside her. One woman's restoration is never just her own. It is an act of generational defiance. A reclamation that echoes forward.

Women have always been the keepers of life. Of lineage. Of memory. We hold families together, communities together, generations together. Often at the expense of ourselves. What happens when we stop pouring from an empty vessel and finally, finally come home to our own bodies? To our own power? To the sacred feminine wisdom that has lived in us all along?

Everything changes.

That is the heartbeat of Terra Grove Wellness. Not just individual healing. The collective remembering of what women have always been capable of when they are given permission to rest. To be held. To be whole.

You were never meant to carry this alone.

Whether you are ready to book, have questions, or interested in collaborating. The door is open. Reach out below and I will get back to you personally.

Welcome to your grove.
